No returns/exchanges, all sales are final due to being custom and handmade for you!

 

Refunds will only be fulfilled if the item is in the same condition that they received it and in its original packaging with a picture of the item defect is necessary to file for a refund. This does not include nails breaking after being worn.

 

Due to the handmade nature of our product we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We have sizing kits available to help you find the perfect fit. 

All orders are shipped by UPS. Standard Shipping 2-5 Business Day. All orders are shipped Monday through Saturday excluding U.S. holidays.

 

Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time prior to shipment for all custom sets. Orders with multiple sets  may take longer.

 

You're able to track your package every step of the way. Once your order ships a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking details, will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
